Research to Reality
In 2024, the company established the world’s first green, carbon-negative industrial chain integrating "carbon dioxide, green methanol, and new energy materials." Utilizing high-concentration carbon dioxide emissions from an ethylene glycol plant as feedstock, the company built a carbon dioxide recovery and purification project with an annual capacity of 250,000 tons. This facility produces 220,000 tons of food-grade liquid carbon dioxide and 30,000 tons of food-grade dry ice annually, thereby realizing resource recycling. The project achieves a negative annual carbon footprint, effectively reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 212,000 tons per year.
